Fiido C11 City Electric Bike
Smart riding, easy commuting – your perfect everyday companion.

Who is the Fiido C11 electric bike best suited for?
The Fiido C11 is designed as the ultimate city e-bike, ideal for daily commuters, students, and those who want to navigate the urban hustle without stress or searching for parking. Thanks to the smart "step-through" frame (without a high top tube), getting on and off the bike is extremely easy, regardless of what clothes you are wearing.
With fully adjustable handlebars and a seat, the bike perfectly adapts to riders from 155 cm to 195 cm tall. If you are looking for a reliable, comfortable means of transport that easily combines elegant design and a superior load capacity of up to 119.7 kg, the Fiido C11 is the right choice.

Powerful drive for conquering hills
Cycling through a hilly city is no longer strenuous. The rear hub hides a robust motor that provides the rider with a generous 55 N·m of torque. This means you will easily conquer city climbs even with a fully loaded rack.
The bike operates with a legally compliant rated power of 250 W (with a stronger hardware base) and provides reliable assistance at speeds up to 25 km/h (limited). The system offers 5 levels of assistance (ECO, Normal, Sport, Turbo, Turbo+), allowing you to precisely adjust the power according to your desire for exercise or the need for a relaxed ride without sweating.

Detachable battery for long distances
The heart of the range is a high-quality lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 499.2 Wh, equipped with cells from renowned manufacturers DMEGC/EVE. In the most economical mode (ECO), this energy reserve allows for an impressive range of up to 90.8 km on a single charge.
The battery is securely integrated into the frame, yet it is completely detachable. This means you can leave the bike in the bike room, while easily taking the battery into your apartment or office to charge it with the included 48 V / 2 A charger.

Hydraulic disc brakes for complete control
In city traffic, where surprises are around every corner, stopping is crucial. The Fiido C11 exceeds the standards of its class, as it is equipped with dual-piston hydraulic disc brakes.
These brakes provide significantly better braking power, stability, and modulation compared to classic mechanical brakes. In addition, they include a power cut-off system – as soon as you press the brake lever, the assistance motor shuts off in a fraction of a second, which drastically reduces the braking distance.

Uncompromising comfort on every kilometer
Cobblestones, gravel paths, and potholed roads will no longer be a problem. A front suspension fork with 40 mm of travel and a 100 mm mounting width ensures a smooth ride by effectively absorbing road vibrations.
Comfort is further enhanced by the premium VELO vacuum full-fit seat and ergonomic TPR non-slip grips (130 mm), which prevent hand fatigue during longer rides. The aluminum alloy frame is extremely light, with a total bike weight of only 24.5 kg, allowing for excellent agility.

Precise shifting and refined mechanics
Although it is an electric bike, the mechanical assembly is made for real cyclists. The bike is equipped with a reliable SHIMANO TY300D rear derailleur, which you operate via multi-speed shifters. The system offers smooth transitions between gears (with a 14-28T rear cassette).
Power is transferred by a robust KMC Z7 chain and a large aluminum alloy front crankset with 52 teeth (52T). Motor responsiveness is regulated by a precise 12-magnet speed sensor, which detects your pedaling and synchronously adds the right amount of electric power.

700C tires and safety lighting
Contact with the ground is maintained by large city tires measuring 700 x 40C (CST), which are puncture-resistant. Their reflective sidewalls ensure you are highly visible from the side at night.
For maximum visibility in traffic, the bike is equipped with a powerful front light and a smart brake light that lights up every time you slow down. It also features an extremely clear and loud horn, which will quickly alert pedestrians or cars in your vicinity.

Smart display and connectivity on the move
On the handlebars, there is a clear, full-color 1.47-inch LCD display that shows speed, battery status, assistance level, and distance traveled in real-time. The system even allows for connection with certain smartwatches for even easier bike activation.
For modern urban explorers, there is another hidden advantage: a built-in (hidden) USB port. While riding or navigating, you can easily charge your smartphone directly from the bike's battery.

Equipped for everyday life: From the rack to IP54 protection
The Fiido C11 bike won't let you down even during a sudden downpour. The entire bike boasts an IP54 protection standard, meaning resistance against dust ingress and water splashes from all directions.
To ensure the bike is fully prepared for the city, it comes standard with a massive rear rack with a 25 kg load capacity (300 mm long and 128 mm wide), fenders, and a strong side kickstand. There are even pre-drilled holes at the front (36 mm and 70 mm spacing) for optional front basket mounting.
