• The Product with Increased Speed may only be legally used on private land with the prior consent of the landowner or in other areas where such use is not prohibited by law.
• They will not use the Product with Increased Speed on public roads, bicycle paths, sidewalks, or any other place where its use is restricted or prohibited by national, regional, or local regulations.
• They are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and technical requirements (including any obligations regarding registration, insurance, homologation, or certification) that may govern the use, transport, or storage of the Product with Increased Speed.
