  • 2.) Send us a detailed video that clearly shows the defect, along with a clear written description of the problem you are experiencing.

  • 3.) Within 24 hours, we will review your claim and — if it is justified — send the necessary spare parts to the nearest authorized service center.

  • 4.) Once the service center receives the parts, you will be notified and invited to bring the vehicle in for service.
