At eVolt, we are committed to providing a seamless and efficient delivery experience for all our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines our terms for processing, handling, and delivering orders in accordance with European Union regulations.
1. Order Processing Time
- Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- Order Confirmation: You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped.
- High-Volume Periods: During busy seasons, processing may take longer. We will promptly notify you by email in case of a significant delay.
2. Shipping Areas
- European Union (EU): We ship to all EU member states, except for Malta, Cyprus, the Åland Islands, the Greek islands, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Sicily, and Sardinia.
- Croatian Islands: Delivery is available only for products weighing less than 31.5 kg.
- Non-EU Countries: We also ship to select non-EU countries, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and others. Please contact us before placing your order for an accurate shipping cost calculation.
If your address is in a region we do not deliver to, you can still make a purchase and have the goods delivered to any address we cover, or you can arrange for your own carrier to pick up the items from our warehouse.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Slovenia: Delivery within 1–7 business days after processing and dispatch.
- EU Countries: Delivery within 5–10 business days after processing and dispatch.
- Non-EU Countries: Delivery within 7–14 business days after processing and dispatch.
- Larger Shipments (over 50 kg gross weight): Delivery may take up to 14 business days.
- Delivery Services: We partner with reliable carriers such as DHL, GLS, DPD, and FedEx. The choice of carrier depends on your location and the most efficient delivery method.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, high order volumes, customs clearance, or unforeseen delays.
4. Shipping Costs
- EU Countries: Shipping costs vary based on the product's warehouse country, destination, and weight. The exact amount is displayed at checkout.
- Non-EU Countries: Shipping costs are calculated individually upon request and are not displayed at checkout.
- Taxes and Duties: All prices include Slovenian VAT (22%), as required by EU law. There are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your delivery via the carrier's website or directly in your eVolt account under the Order History section.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at info@evolt.si so we can attempt to correct it before shipment.
7. Delivery Issues and Delays
- Unforeseen Delays: Inclement weather, customs inspections, or carrier issues may affect delivery times.
- Notification: We will notify you by email in the event of delays.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If a delivery is unsuccessful due to the recipient's absence or an incorrect address, the customer must arrange for redelivery or pickup with the carrier.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Damaged Goods: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info@evolt.si with photos and a description.
- Lost Packages: If your package is missing, notify us immediately. We will investigate the matter with the carrier.
- Resolution: Depending on the case, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
9. Risk of Loss
In accordance with EU regulations, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier) take physical possession of the goods.
10. Right of Withdrawal
- Withdrawal Period: In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
- How to Withdraw: Contact us with a clear written statement by email or post within this period.
