Returns and Complaints Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Below you will find information on how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at EVOLT.

Return Period

We accept returns within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Return Costs

The direct costs of the return are covered by the buyer. We will deduct either (a) the actual carrier cost applicable at the time you initiate the return process, or (b) the corresponding amount from the return cost table below, whichever is lower. We will never deduct more than what is stated in the table for your weight category. The return cost tables are regularly updated to reflect current market prices.

Conditions for Return

  • Products must be in the same condition as they were received: unworn/unused, with all original tags.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Any use that goes beyond inspection may reduce the refund amount due to the diminished value of the goods.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

How to Start a Return

  1. Send a clear written notice by email to info@evolt.si within the appropriate return period.
  2. Wait for confirmation. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label (where applicable) and shipping instructions.
  3. Send the product to the address below. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item.

14-Day EU Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days for any reason and without justification. The products must meet the return conditions listed above. This does not affect the extended 30-day free return period for deliveries within Slovenia.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
  • If approved, we will refund all relevant payments, including standard delivery costs (where applicable), to your original payment method within 14 business days.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
