Of course! You are welcome to visit our showroom at Tržaška cesta 222, 1000 Ljubljana, where you can test selected products in person. We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

To ensure the availability of the product you would like to test, please give us a call in advance. This will allow us to confirm if the product is available and prepare everything for your visit.

European Union (EU)

We currently offer delivery within Slovenia and to all member states of the European Union (EU), with the exception of Malta, Cyprus, the Åland Islands, the Greek islands, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Sicily, and Sardinia.

Please note that delivery to the Croatian islands is only possible for products weighing less than 31.5 kg.

International shipping (outside the EU)

We also provide international shipping to select countries outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and others.

Order Processing Time:

We typically process orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Standard Shipping Times:

• Within Slovenia: shipping usually takes 1–7 business days after processing and dispatch.
  
• Within the EU (outside of Slovenia): shipping usually takes 5–10 business days after processing and dispatch.
  
• Outside the EU: shipping usually takes 7–14 business days after processing and dispatch.
  

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control – such as holidays, a high volume of orders, or unforeseen logistical issues.

For deliveries within the European Union (EU), shipping costs vary depending on the country of dispatch, the destination country, and the weight of the package. The applicable shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout, before you complete your order.

For deliveries outside the EU, shipping costs are calculated individually upon request and are not displayed during checkout. If you would like to receive a shipping quote to a country outside the EU, please contact us via e-mail.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. To do so, please send us an email with a clear written notice of your withdrawal from the contract.

Returning the Shipment

In the case of returning a defective or damaged product upon receipt, the return within 14 days is free of charge for the buyer.

In the case of returning an undamaged or flawless product, the return costs are covered by the buyer.

Upon return, we will deduct from the refund amount either:

(a) the actual carrier costs applicable at the time of the return, or

(b) the corresponding amount from the return costs table (whichever is lower).

Product Condition

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Any use beyond this may result in a reduction of the refund value.

Refunds

All eligible payments, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
