    Kam dostavljate?

    Evropska unija (EU)

    Trenutno ponujamo dostavo znotraj Slovenije ter v vse države članice Evropske unije (EU), z izjemo Malte, Cipra, Alandskih otokov, grških otokov, Kanarskih otokov, Balearskih otokov, Sicilije in Sardinije.

    Upoštevajte, da je dostava na hrvaške otoke mogoča le za izdelke, težke manj kot 31,5 kg.

    Mednarodna dostava (izven EU)

    Mednarodno dostavo omogočamo tudi v izbrane države zunaj EU, vključno z Združenim kraljestvom, Švico, Norveško, Srbijo, Bosno in Hercegovino ter drugimi.

    Če želite naročiti iz katere od teh držav, nas prosimo kontaktirajte vnaprej, da vam pripravimo najbolj natančen in cenovno ugoden izračun dostave.

    Kakšen je čas dostave?

    Čas obdelave naročila:

    Naročila običajno obdelamo v roku 1–2 delovnih dni (vikendi in prazniki niso vključeni) po prejemu potrditvenega e-sporočila o naročilu.

    Standardni časi dostave:
    • Znotraj Slovenije: običajno traja dostava 1–7 delovnih dni po obdelavi in odpremi.
    • Znotraj EU (izven Slovenije): dostava običajno traja 5–10 delovnih dni po obdelavi in odpremi.
    • Izven EU: dostava običajno traja 7–14 delovnih dni po obdelavi in odpremi.

    Upoštevajte, da so časi dostave ocenjeni in lahko nanje vplivajo dejavniki, ki niso pod našim nadzorom – na primer prazniki, povečano število naročil ali nepredvidene logistične težave.

    V primeru večjih zamud vas bomo o tem takoj obvestili po e-pošti.

    Kakšni so stroški dostave?

    Za dostave znotraj Evropske unije (EU) se stroški dostave razlikujejo glede na državo pošiljanja, državo prejemnika in težo paketa. Ustrezni stroški pošiljanja bodo izračunani in prikazani ob zaključku nakupa, še preden dokončno oddate naročilo.

    Za dostave izven EU se stroški dostave izračunajo individualno na zahtevo in niso prikazani med zaključkom nakupa. Če želite prejeti ponudbo za dostavo v državo zunaj EU, nas kontaktirajte prek e-pošte.

    Kakšna je politika vračil?

    Imate pravico, da prekličete svoj nakup v 14 koledarskih dneh po prejemu blaga. Za to nam pošljite e-pošto z jasnim pisnim obvestilom o odstopu od pogodbe.

    Vračilo pošiljke


    V primeru vračila defektnega ali ob prevzemu poškodovanega izdelka je vračilo v roku 14 dni brez stroškov za kupca.

    V primeru vračila nepoškodovanega oziroma brezhibnega izdelka pa stroške vračila krije kupec.

    Ob vračilu bomo od zneska povračila odšteli bodisi:

    (a) dejanske stroške prevoznika, ki veljajo ob začetku vračila, ali

    (b) ustrezni znesek iz tabele stroškov vračil (kateri koli je nižji).

    Stanje izdelka

    Izdelek lahko pregledate tako, kot bi ga v fizični trgovini. Vsaka uporaba, ki presega to, lahko povzroči zmanjšanje vrednosti povračila.

    Vračila plačil

    Vsa upravičena plačila, vključno s standardnimi stroški dostave, bomo vrnili v roku 14 dni po prejemu vrnjenega izdelka, z uporabo istega načina plačila, razen če ni dogovorjeno drugače.
