Yes, we do. Our physical showroom is located at Tržaška cesta 222, 1000 Ljubljana, and covers over 200 m², making it one of the largest electromicromobility showrooms in Slovenia. Here, customers can view our entire range, try out more than 40 electric vehicles from renowned brands, and take selected models for a test ride before purchasing. We also offer spare parts, accessories, and expert on-site advice.

Where is your store located?

Our store is located at Tržaška cesta 222, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, just a 10-minute drive from the center of Ljubljana.

What are your opening hours?

Our store is open from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00. We are closed on Sundays and holidays.

Do you have a service center?

Yes — eVolt has an official service center for service, warranty claims, and repairs at Tržaška cesta 222, 1000 Ljubljana, in addition to more than 10 partner service centers throughout Slovenia.

Orders and Payments

How do I place an order?

Ordering on eVolt.si is easy! Simply browse our website, select the product or products you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. During the checkout process, we will guide you through entering your delivery address and payment information, and reviewing your order before its final submission.

Do I have to create an account to place an order?

No, you can make a purchase as a guest. However, creating an account offers several advantages:

  • Faster checkout: Save your address and payment information for faster future purchases.
  • Account management: Easily manage your personal information and settings.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Diners Club)

Do you accept monthly installment payments?

Yes, of course! We offer installment payments through three providers: NLB Buy&Go, LeanPay, and Diners.

Conditions for approval:

  • Financing up to €15,000 for Slovenian citizens and up to €8,000 for foreign nationals.
  • Available for individuals aged 18–80.
  • Slovenian citizens must have permanent residence in Slovenia, be employed or retired, have a Slovenian transaction account, and a mobile phone when signing the contract.
  • Foreign nationals with legal residence in Slovenia meet the same financial conditions (income, transaction account, mobile phone), but can apply for up to €8,000.

Repayment options:

  • You can split the purchase into up to 84 equal installments, with the first installment due next month.
  • Installments are paid via direct debit (SEPA Direct Debit).
  • Early repayment is possible via an online form.

What do you need to apply?

  • A valid personal identification document.
  • For higher amounts, also a bank statement or payslip showing: your name, transaction account number, and income (salary, net earnings).

Do you accept cash on delivery?

Yes, of course! We accept cash on delivery for all orders up to €999.99 within Slovenia.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Please contact us as soon as possible at info@evolt.si if you wish to change or cancel your order. We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can unfortunately no longer be cancelled. Changes may also be limited depending on the order processing stage.

How does installment payment work?

First, add the product to your cart and click "Checkout". Enter the required information: first name, last name, address, email, and phone number. Then, for the payment method, select Installment Payment: NLB Buy&Go.

Within 1 minute, you will receive an email with a proforma invoice and clear instructions on how to submit your application for installment payments.

Who can pay in installments with NLB Buy&Go?

As a natural person, you can obtain the NLB Buy&Go quick loan if:

  • You are a citizen of the Republic of Slovenia (up to €15,000) or a foreign national (up to €8,000) under the conditions described here;
  • You are between 18 and 80 years of age at the time of signing;
  • You have a permanent residence in the Republic of Slovenia;
  • You are regularly employed (receiving a salary) or a pensioner (receiving a pension);
  • You are the holder of a payment account (TRR);
  • You have a mobile phone at the time of signing the contract.

The NLB Buy&Go quick loan (up to €10,000) is also available to the self-employed. They can quickly obtain the loan if:

  • They have been in business for at least one year;
  • They submit bank statements from the last 3 months showing income from their business activities.

Notes:

  • A borrower who is a citizen of the Republic of Slovenia must be employed by an employer based in the Republic of Slovenia, the EU, or Switzerland.
  • A borrower who is a foreign national must be employed by an employer in the Republic of Slovenia for at least the duration of the loan.
  • A retired borrower must receive a pension through ZPIZ, but may also receive annuities or a pension from abroad.
  • The borrower must have a transaction account (TRR) open with a bank based in the SEPA area, to which they receive their salary or pension income.
  • The NLB Buy&Go service is provided in accordance with the Terms of Use. Meeting the conditions does not guarantee loan approval.
  • Approval is subject to a creditworthiness assessment in accordance with the policies of NLB Buy&Go and Summit Leasing Slovenija.

What are the requirements for purchasing with NLB Buy&Go?

For total NLB Buy&Go loans up to €5,000*, with a repayment period of up to 84 months, you will need:

  • A personal identification document (ID card or passport),
  • A bank card,
  • A tax identification number,
  • A smartphone.

    * Applies if you are over 25 years of age.

For total NLB Buy&Go loans up to €10,000, with a repayment period of up to 84 months, you will need:

  • A personal identification document (ID card or passport),
  • A tax identification number,
  • A smartphone,
  • Your most recent bank statement.

For total NLB Buy&Go loans up to €15,000, with a repayment period of up to 84 months, you will need:

  • A personal identification document (ID card or passport),
  • A tax identification number,
  • A smartphone,
  • Your last three bank statements,
  • A payslip from the previous month.

I am a foreign citizen. Can I shop with NLB Buy&Go?

Yes! As a foreign citizen, you can split your purchase into up to 84 installments, for a total purchase value of up to €8,000. To do so, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You are at least 18 and at most 80 years old at the time of the agreement;
  • You have a registered residence in Slovenia;
  • You are regularly employed by an employer based in Slovenia for at least the duration of the loan and receive your salary in EUR;
  • You are the holder of a payment account (TRR) opened at a bank in Slovenia;
  • You have a mobile phone at the time of signing the contract.

Documentation for loan approval up to €5,000:

You must submit:

  • A certificate from the administrative unit (UE) confirming your registered permanent or temporary residence,
  • Proof of employment for at least the duration of the loan,
  • The latest bank statement,
  • A corresponding payslip.

Documentation for loan approval from €5,000 to €8,000:

You must submit:

  • A certificate from the administrative unit (UE) confirming your registered permanent or temporary residence,
  • Proof of employment for at least the duration of the loan,
  • The last three bank statements, showing that the average salary income over the last 3 months is higher than €1,500,
  • A corresponding payslip.

Where do you deliver?

European Union (EU)

We currently offer delivery within Slovenia and to all member states of the European Union, with the exception of:

  • Malta
  • Cyprus
  • Åland Islands
  • Greek islands
  • Canary Islands
  • Balearic Islands
  • Sicily
  • Sardinia

Please note that delivery to Croatian islands is only possible for products weighing less than 31.5 kg.

International delivery (non-EU)

International shipping is also available to select non-EU countries, including:

  • Bosnia and Herzegovina
  • and other countries

What are the delivery costs?

For deliveries within the European Union (EU), costs vary depending on the origin, destination country, and package weight. The appropriate shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during checkout, before you place your order.

For deliveries outside the EU, shipping costs are calculated individually upon request and are not displayed at checkout.

What is your delivery time?

Order Processing Time:

We typically process orders within 1–2 business days (weekends and holidays excluded) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Standard Shipping Times:

  • Slovenia: Delivery usually takes 2–7 business days after processing and dispatch.
  • Within the EU (outside of Slovenia): Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after processing and dispatch.
  • Outside the EU: Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after processing and dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as holidays, an increased volume of orders, or unforeseen logistical delays.

Which delivery partners do you use?

We partner with established delivery services, such as DHL, GLS, FedEx, and DPD, to ensure a reliable and secure delivery of your orders.

The carrier used for your order depends on your location and the most suitable available delivery option.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

With this number, you can track the delivery status on the official website of the selected delivery carrier.

What if there is a delay in delivery?

Although we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances — such as bad weather, courier delays, or an increased volume of orders.

In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you via email and provide you with updated delivery information.

You can check the status of your order at any time using the tracking number you received in your shipping confirmation email.

What happens if the delivery is unsuccessful?

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the recipient's absence or an incorrect address, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the delivery service and arrange for a redelivery attempt or personal pickup.

Please ensure that the delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order to avoid any potential delivery issues.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@evolt.si and include the following:

  • photos of the damage
  • a detailed description of the issue

We will work with you to quickly find a suitable solution.

Returns and Complaints

What is your return policy?

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. To do so, please send us an email with a clear written notice of your withdrawal from the contract.

Returning the Shipment


In the case of returning a defective or damaged product upon receipt, the return within 14 days is free of charge for the buyer.

In the case of returning an undamaged or flawless product, the return costs are covered by the buyer.

Upon return, we will deduct from the refund amount either:

(a) the actual carrier costs applicable at the time of the return, or

(b) the corresponding amount from the return costs table (whichever is lower).

Product Condition

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Any use beyond this may result in a reduction of the refund value.

Refunds

All eligible payments, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

How do I start the return process?

To initiate the return process, please contact us at info@evolt.si. We will provide you with detailed instructions on where and how to send the package.

Products sent to us without prior notification or return approval cannot be accepted.

How and when will I receive a refund?

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may take some additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

What if the refund is delayed?

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you still have not received it, please contact us at info@evolt.si so we can check the status.

Yes, a VAT invoice is available for all eligible purchases.

We will send you the VAT invoice electronically, usually after you receive your package — to the email address you provided with your order.

Yes, we offer spare parts for all the electric vehicles available in our online store.

What is your warranty?

Our products are generally covered by a 1-year warranty. Some products also have a 2-year or longer warranty, which is stated in the individual product description.
