Yes, we do. Our physical showroom is located at Tržaška cesta 222, 1000 Ljubljana, and spans over 200 m², making it the largest electro-micromobility showroom in Slovenia. Here, customers can view our full range of products, explore more than 40 electric vehicles from leading brands, and even take selected models for a test ride before making a purchase. We also offer spare parts, accessories, and professional advice on-site.

Where is your store located?

Our store is located at Tržaška cesta 222, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, just a 10-minute drive from Ljubljana’s city center.

When is your store open?

Our store is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 and Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Do you have a repair center?

Yes — eVolt operates official repair centers for service, warranty, and repairs across Slovenia.

How do I place an order?

Ordering from eVolt.si is easy! Simply browse our website, select the product(s) you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. During checkout, you'll be guided through providing your shipping address, payment information, and reviewing your order before final submission.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account offers several benefits:

  • Faster Checkout: Save your address and payment details for quicker future purchases.
  • Account Management: Manage your personal information and preferences.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  1. Debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Diners Club​),

  4. Installment payments - NLB Buy&Go and LeanPay (Slovenian residents only),

Do you accept monthly installments as a payment option?

Yes, we do!

We accept installment payments through two providers: NLB Buy&Go and Leanpay.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Financing up to €15 000 for Slovenian citizens and up to €8 000 for foreign citizens.
  • Available to individuals aged 18–80 years.
  • Slovenian citizens must have permanent residence in Slovenia, be employed with salary or a pensioner, possess a Slovenian TRR bank account, and have a mobile phone at the time of agreement.
  • Foreign citizens with legal residence in Slovenia meet the same financial and account requirements (income, TRR, mobile phone) and qualify for the reduced limit of €8 000.
  • You can split purchases into up to 84 equal installments, with the first installment due the next month, paid by direct debit.
  • Early repayment is allowed via a web form.
  • To apply, you’ll need a valid ID, and for larger amounts, a recent bank statement or payroll document showing your name, TRR, and income (salary, net pay).
  • You can also use the “Preveri svoj limit” tool for a non-binding estimate before applying.

Do you accept pay upon delivery as a payment method?

Yes, we do!

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders under 999,99 € within Slovenia.

You can choose to pay:

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

Please contact us immediately at info@evolt.si if you need to modify or cancel your order.

We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn't been shipped yet.

Once an order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Modifications may also be limited depending on the stage of processing.

How does installment payment work?

  1. First, add the product to your cart and click “Checkout.”
  2. Enter the required details: your first name, last name, address, email, and phone number.
  3. Then, under Payment Method, select Installment Payment: NLB Buy&Go.
  4. Within 1 minute, you will receive a pro forma invoice via email, along with clear instructions on how to apply for installment payment.

Who can repay in installments with NLB Buy&Go?

You can obtain an NLB Buy&Go quick loan as a natural person if:

  • You are a citizen of the Republic of Slovenia (RS) (up to €15,000) or a foreign citizen (up to €8,000) under the conditions described here;
  • You are at least 18 and no more than 80 years old at the time of conclusion;
  • You have a permanent residence in RS;
  • You are regularly employed (receiving a salary) or retired (receiving a pension);
  • You are a holder of a payment account (TRR);
  • You have your own mobile phone when concluding the contract.

We also offer the NLB Buy&Go quick loan (up to €10,000) to the self-employed. The self-employed can simply obtain a quick loan if:

  • You have been in business for at least one year;
  • You provide bank statements for the last 3 months, showing details of the amount of income from your business activities.

Notes:

A borrower who is a citizen of the Republic of Slovenia must be employed by an employer with a registered office in RS, EU or Switzerland. A borrower who is a foreign citizen must be employed by an employer in RS for at least the duration of the loan.

A borrower who is a pensioner must receive a pension from ZPIZ (Pension and Disability Insurance Institute of Slovenia), and may also receive an annuity or pension from abroad.

A borrower must have an open TRR account with a bank based in the SEPA area, into which they receive income from salary or pension.

We provide the NLB Buy&Go service in accordance with the Terms of Use. Meeting the conditions does not guarantee loan approval. Loan approval depends on the assessment of your creditworthiness, in accordance with the NLB Buy&Go and Summit Leasing Slovenija policy.

What are the requirements to buy with NLB Buy&Go?

For a total exposure of NLB Buy&Go loans up to €5,000*, which would be repaid in up to 84 monthly installments, you need:

  • Personal document (ID card or passport),
  • Bank card,
  • Tax number
  • and a smartphone.*If you are over 25 years old.

For a total exposure of NLB Buy&Go loans up to €10,000, which would be repaid in up to 84 months, you need:

  • Personal document (ID card or passport),
  • Tax number,
  • Smartphone
  • and the last bank statement.

For a total exposure of NLB Buy&Go loans up to €15,000, which would be repaid in up to 84 months, you need:

  • Personal document (ID card or passport),
  • Tax number,
  • Smartphone,
  • Last three bank statements
  • and the payroll received by the borrower in the past month.

I am a foreign citizen. Can I shop with NLB Buy&Go?

Yes! As a foreign citizen, you can split your purchase into installments for up to 84 installments, for a purchase value of up to €8,000. As a foreign citizen, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You are at least 18 and no more than 80 years old at the time of conclusion;
  • You have a legal residence in Slovenia;
  • You are regularly employed by an employer based in Slovenia for at least the duration of the loan and receive a salary in EUR;
  • You are the holder of a payment account (TRR) opened with one of the banks in Slovenia;
  • You have your own mobile phone when concluding the contract.

To approve a loan in the amount of up to €5,000, it is necessary to submit additional documentation, namely:

  • Confirmation from the Administrative Unit (UE) of the registration of permanent residence,
  • Proof of employment for at least the duration of the loan,
  • Last bank statement
  • and matching payroll.

To approve a loan in the amount of €5,000 to €8,000, it is necessary to submit additional documentation, namely:

  • Confirmation from the Administrative Unit (UE) of the registration of permanent residence,
  • Proof of employment for at least the duration of the loan,
  • The last three bank statements proving that the average income from salary in the last 3 months is higher than €1,500
  • and matching payroll.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

European Union (EU)

We currently offer shipping within Slovenia and to all European Union (EU) member countries, with the exception of Malta, Cyprus, the Åland Islands, the Greek Islands, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Sicily, and Sardinia.

Please note that shipping to Croatian islands is only available for products weighing less than 31.5 kg.

International Shipping (Non-EU)

International shipping is also available to select non-EU countries including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and others.

If you wish to place an order from one of these countries, please contact us in advance so we can provide you with the most accurate and cost-effective shipping quote.

What is the shipping cost?

  • Shipping within Slovenia is free of charge for all orders over €100.
  • For deliveries within the European Union (EU), shipping costs vary depending on the country of origin, destination, and package weight. The applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout, prior to completing your order.
  • For deliveries outside the EU, shipping costs are calculated individually upon request and are not displayed at checkout. To receive a shipping quote for non-EU countries, please contact us via email.

What is your delivery time?

Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

Standard Shipping Times:

  • Delivery within Slovenia generally takes 2-7 business days after processing and dispatch.
  • Delivery outside Slovenia but within the EU generally takes 5-10 business days after processing and dispatch.
  • Delivery outside the EU generally takes 7-14 business days after processing and dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as holidays, high order volumes, or unforeseen logistical issues. We will notify you promptly via email if there are significant delays.

Who are your shipping carriers?

We partner with reputable carriers such as DHL, GLS, FedEx and DPD to ensure reliable and secure delivery of your orders. The specific carrier for your order may depend on your location and the most efficient delivery option available.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier's official website.

What if my order is delayed?

While we strive for punctual delivery, unforeseen delays can occur due to factors like adverse weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes.

If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email with updated delivery information.

What happens if there is a failed delivery attempt?

If a delivery attempt fails due to the absence of the recipient or an incorrect address, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier to arrange redelivery or pickup. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order to avoid delivery issues.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt at info@evolt.si with photographs of the damage and a detailed description of the issue.

We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. To do so, send us an Email with a clear written notice.

Return Shipping

  • Slovenia: Returns over 100 € are free of charge with a prepaid label and the return period is extended to 30 days.
  • Other EU & Non-EU countries: You bear the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your refund. The return cost equals the original shipping fee paid at purchase.

Condition of Goods
You may inspect the product as in a physical store. Any use beyond this may result in a reduction of the refund to reflect diminished value.

Refunds
We will refund all eligible payments, including standard delivery fees, within 14 days of receiving the return product, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@evolt.si. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

What if my refund is delayed?

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@evolt.si so we can investigate.

Do you offer spare parts for the vehicles you sell?

Yes, we do offer spare parts for all of the electric vehicles available in our online store.

What is your warranty?

Our products are generally covered by a 1-year warranty. Certain items include an extended warranty of 2 years or more, as specified in the individual product description. For precise warranty details, please refer to the product page of the specific item you are interested in.

What rules apply to e-scooters in Slovenia?

Using an e-scooter that exceeds the legally permitted speed of 25 km/h on public roads is not allowed. These scooters can only be used on private property, and only with the landowner’s permission.

Rules for Riding in Public Areas:

1. Speed: Your e-scooter's speed must not exceed 25 km/h.

2. Age: Riders must be at least 12 years old to ride on their own and are required to have a cycling license.

3. Helmet: Safety first! If you're under 18 years old, wearing a helmet is mandatory. For riders 18 and older, it's not legally required, but highly recommended.

4. Where Can You Ride?

  • Preferably on cycle lanes or paths.
  • If none are available, you can ride on the roadway (on roads with a speed limit of 50 km/h or less), keeping to the right side.
  • In pedestrian zones, you can ride, but only at walking speed.

5. Where CAN'T You Ride?

  • On sidewalks/pavements (unless specifically marked as shared space).
  • On roads outside built-up areas (outside towns/cities).

  • By purchasing an electric scooter designed to exceed the legal speed limit of 25 km/h, you agree to use it strictly in accordance with the law – which primarily means on private property with the owner's permission, or where otherwise legally permitted.
  • EVOLT d.o.o. disclaims any liability for loss, damage, fines, penalties, personal injury, or third-party claims arising from or related to any use of an e-scooter that violates applicable speed limits or other legal regulations.
