How do I place an order?

Ordering from eVolt.si is easy! Simply browse our website, select the product(s) you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. During checkout, you'll be guided through providing your shipping address, payment information, and reviewing your order before final submission.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account offers several benefits:

  • Faster Checkout: Save your address and payment details for quicker future purchases.
  • Account Management: Manage your personal information and preferences.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Debit and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Diners Club​),
  • PayPal,
  • Direct Bank Transfers.
  • Installment payments - NLB Buy&Go and LeanPay (Slovenian residents only),
  • Payment upon delivery by cash or card (for orders up to 999,99€ inside Slovenia),
  • Local pick-ups in Ljubljana warehouse

Do you accept monthly installments as a payment option?

Yes, we do!

We accept installment payments through two providers: NLB Buy&Go and Leanpay.

Please note: Installment payments are currently available only to residents of Slovenia.

Eligibility criteria:

  • citizens with permanent residence in Slovenia
  • valid ID issued by a Slovenian administrative unit (Upravna enota)
  • personal bank account (TRR)
  • Pensioner
  • between 18 and 74 years
  • regular monthly income above a certain threshold
  • existing debt below a certain limit, based on Leanpay’s credit policy
  • verifiable in the Sisbon credit registry

Do you accept pay upon delivery as a payment method?

Yes, we do!

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders under 999,99 € within Slovenia.

You can choose to pay:

  • With a card
  • With cash

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?

Please contact us immediately at info@evolt.si if you need to modify or cancel your order. We process orders quickly, but we will do our best to accommodate your request if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Modifications may also be limited depending on the stage of processing.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently offer domestic shipping within all member countries of the European Union (EU), with the exception of Malta, Cyprus, the Åland Islands, the Greek Islands, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Sicily, and Sardinia. We do not currently ship to countries outside of the European Union.

What is the shipping cost?

  • Shipping within Slovenia is free of charge.
  • Shipping cost outside of Slovenia but within the EU vary depending on the country of origin, destination, and package weight. The applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, before you finalize your order.

What is your delivery time?

Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

Standard Shipping Time: Delivery within the Slovenia generally takes 2-7 business days after processing and dispatch, depending on the destination country.

Delivery outside Slovenia but within the EU might take up to 12 days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as holidays, high order volumes, or unforeseen logistical issues. We will notify you promptly via email if there are significant delays.

Who are your shipping carriers?

We partner with reputable carriers such as DHL, GLS, FedEx and DPD to ensure reliable and secure delivery of your orders. The specific carrier for your order may depend on your location and the most efficient delivery option available.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on the carrier's official website.

What if my order is delayed?

While we strive for punctual delivery, unforeseen delays can occur due to factors like adverse weather, carrier delays, or high order volumes. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email with updated delivery information. You can also track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. What happens if there is a failed delivery attempt?

If a delivery attempt fails due to the absence of the recipient or an incorrect address, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the carrier to arrange redelivery or pickup. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing your order to avoid delivery issues.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of receipt at info@evolt.si with photographs of the damage and a detailed description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a free 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return free from charge.

To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@evolt.si. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How and when will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

What if my refund is delayed?

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@evolt.si so we can investigate.

Can I get a VAT invoice for my purchase?

Yes, VAT invoices are available for all eligible purchases. If you require a VAT invoice, please ensure you provide your company's VAT number and full company name during the checkout process in the designated fields.

Your VAT invoice will be sent to you electronically after your order is processed and shipped, typically via email to the email address provided with your order.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders or wholesale purchases?

Yes, we may offer special pricing and discounts for bulk orders and wholesale purchases. If you are interested in placing a bulk order, please contact our business sales team at info@evolt.si with details about the products and quantities you are interested in. We will evaluate your request and provide you with a customized quote and further information regarding bulk order processing and potential discounts.

Do you have a physical store location where customers can view or test your products?

We currently operate primarily as an online store and do not have a dedicated physical retail location. However, we do offer a pickup point in Ljubljana for selected electric vehicles.

If you are interested in viewing or testing a specific product, we kindly invite you to contact us in advance. We will be happy to check availability and, if possible, direct you to one of our trusted suppliers who have a physical showroom where you can test the vehicle of your choice.

Do you offer spare parts for the vehicles you sell?

Yes, we do offer spare parts for all of the electric vehicles available in our online store. If you require a specific component, please feel free to contact us with the model name and a description of the part you need. We will be happy to check availability and provide further assistance.
