Electric mountain bike ECONO Gams MTB 29 EEC7 (2026 Series)
The perfect synergy of raw power (110 Nm) and accessibility – a top-tier "Low-step" MTB for the most demanding terrains.

Who is the ECONO Gams MTB 29 EEC7 best suited for?
The EEC7 model is a unique beast on the market. It is designed for cyclists who need the uncompromising power of a mountain bike but also value the comfort and safety of a low-step frame. This bike is ideal for those who head out on steep mountain trails but want a bike that is easier to mount and dismount – which is invaluable when stopping on inclined terrain or riding with a backpack.

Key differences: EEC7 vs EEC6
Although they look similar at first glance, the EEC7 model brings significant upgrades that justify its "top of the line" status:
- Motor: The EEC7 uses the brutal Bafang M510 (110 Nm), while the EEC6 features the M410 motor with 90 Nm of torque. The difference in pushing power on steep climbs is more than obvious.
- Drivetrain: The EEC7 is equipped with a professional Shimano Deore XT (11-speed) system, while the EEC6 uses the standard Deore series. XT provides faster shifting under load.
- Performance: Due to the combination of a more powerful motor and XT equipment, the EEC7 is faster, more responsive, and easier to handle in extreme situations.

Bafang M510: Unprecedented motor power
With the built-in Bafang M510 motor (36V, 250W), you get access to an incredible 110 Nm of torque. The bike offers a natural and smooth feeling of assistance up to 25 km/h (limited). The M510 is lighter than its predecessors, which improves the bike's center of gravity while offering higher efficiency when conquering the longest climbs. The torque sensor detects your pedal pressure in milliseconds and instantly provides the necessary assistance.

Comtron ELK Smart battery and smart charging
The bike uses an integrated Comtron ELK smart battery system, which allows for full flexibility to suit your needs. You can choose between three capacities: 520 Wh (15 Ah), 700 Wh (20 Ah), or 800 Wh (23 Ah).
Charging speed: When choosing the 700 Wh or 800 Wh batteries, you receive a 4A fast charger as standard, saving you valuable time. For the base configuration (520 Wh), a standard 2A charger is included.

Shimano Deore XT: Surgical precision
Power transmission on the EEC7 model is entrusted to the top-tier 11-speed Shimano Deore XT RD-M8130 SGS derailleur. The system is complemented by a Shimano CUES LG700 (11-50T) cassette, ensuring an exceptionally wide gear range. The KMC E11 EPT eTurbo chain is specially reinforced for e-bikes, meaning less stretching and a longer lifespan despite the high motor torque.

4-piston brakes and BOOST standard
Safety on descents is ensured by 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes Shimano DEORE (BR-MT420). With 180 mm discs at the front and rear, you will have complete control over stopping, even at the maximum load of 150 kg. The bike uses the BOOST axle standard (15x110 mm front and 12x148 mm rear), which provides exceptional frame and wheel stiffness, directly resulting in more precise steering.

Air suspension for total comfort
The SR Suntour XCM32 AIR-BOOST front fork with 100 mm of travel operates on air, allowing you to perfectly adjust the suspension to your body weight and riding style. Air forks are lighter and offer significantly better "terrain reading" than classic coil forks, which means fewer vibrations in the wrists and better grip from the Schwalbe Johnny Watts (29x2.35) tires.

Smart color display with app
You can monitor all riding parameters on the Bafang DP C080 color display, which is mounted next to the handlebars. Through it, you manage five levels of assistance (ECO, TOUR, SPORT, SPORT+, BOOST). Thanks to the built-in Bluetooth, you can connect the bike to a mobile app that serves as navigation, a ride log, and a diagnostic tool for your e-bike.
