The heart of the robot consists of self-developed Unitree M107 motors with high torque density (189 Nm/kg). These motors provide exceptional power, with the knee joint reaching a torque of up to 360 Nm. For complete spatial awareness, Unitree H1 is equipped with a hybrid sensor system. The combination of a 3D LiDAR sensor (Livox MID360) and a depth camera (Intel RealSense D435i) enables 360-degree panoramic scanning of the surroundings. The robot acquires high-precision spatial data in real-time, which is essential for implementing V-SLAM (Visual Simultaneous Localization and Mapping) technologies.

The standard configuration includes Intel Core i5/i7 processors, with upgrades available for NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX modules. Company History

Unitree Robotics (the company's official name is Hangzhou Yushu Technology Co., Ltd.) is not just another tech manufacturer. It is a company that, in the last decade, has single-handedly shattered the myth that advanced robots are reserved only for the military and multi-billion dollar laboratories.

The Company and Visionary Behind the Brand
The company was founded in 2016 in Hangzhou by Wang Xingxing. His journey began during his studies when he developed the robot XDog, which shocked the industry with its simple yet effective design. Wang's philosophy has been clear from the beginning: vertical integration. Unitree itself develops and manufactures its motors, sensors, and controllers. This gives them complete control over costs and an unparalleled speed of innovation in this industry.

Key Milestones

Unitree's journey is full of rapid and aggressive moves:

  • 2016: The company was founded after the viral success of the XDog prototype.
  • 2017 (Laikago): Introduction of their first commercial quadruped, named after the space dog Laika. This was proof that a Chinese company could compete with Western titans.
  • 2021 (Go1): A crucial moment for the industry. They introduced the first "widely accessible" robot dog (priced around $2,700), which was ten times cheaper than the competition at the time.
  • 2023 (H1): Entry into the world of humanoids. The H1 robot became one of the fastest and most stable humanoid robots in the world, capable of running and even backflips.
  • 2024 (G1): A shift towards mass adoption of humanoids. The G1 model was introduced as an "AI agent in physical form" with incredible mobility and a price targeting a wider market.

Unitree is currently transitioning from a hardware manufacturer to an "Embodied AI" company. Which robot model is most suitable for industrial inspections and work on challenging terrain?

The choice depends on the specific environmental requirements and the necessary payload capacity. For the most demanding environments (water, dust, rough terrain) and long-duration inspections, we recommend the Unitree B2 model, which has IP67 protection, a payload capacity of over 40 kg, and exceptional autonomy. For lighter inspection tasks, educational purposes, or AI algorithm development, the Aliengo or Go2 Pro models are an excellent choice, offering a great balance of performance, agility, and price.

Do the robots support the integration of custom sensors and software (SDK/API)?

Yes, all our robots (Aliengo, B2, Go2, H1, G1) are designed as open development platforms. They support high-level and low-level API interfaces (C/C++), enabling full control over movement and data. The robots are fully compatible with ROS (Robot Operating System) and ROS2. Additionally, they have integrated standard interfaces (Ethernet, USB, HDMI) and power outputs (5V, 12V, 24V) for easy connection of external LiDARs, cameras, GPS modules, or gas sensors.

How are service, spare parts, and technical support handled in Slovenia?

Specialized company LEGIT d.o.o. provides comprehensive technical support, regular maintenance, and servicing for all robotic platforms. Their goal is to ensure the shortest possible downtime for your equipment, so every case is handled with priority. The duration of individual service interventions depends on the nature of the technical issue and the current availability of specific spare parts in the global supply chain. As this involves highly specialized technology, certain components are ordered directly from the manufacturer, which may affect the final completion time. However, customers are continuously and transparently informed about all stages of the process and estimated timeframes.

Can robots operate in rain and dusty industrial facilities?

Depends on the model. The Unitree B2 model is specifically built for extreme conditions and is IP67 certified, which means it is completely resistant to dust and water (including temporary submersion). Other models (Go2, Aliengo, G1) have basic protection suitable for humid environments and lighter off-road conditions, but are not intended for direct exposure to heavy rain or water jets. When advising before purchase, we will check your working environment and suggest appropriate protection.

What are the manipulation options and is it possible to attach a robotic arm to the robot?

Yes, the Unitree Z1 6-axis robotic arm can be integrated into four-legged platforms (primarily Aliengo and B2). This enables tasks such as opening doors, pressing buttons, collecting samples, or carrying objects (up to 3 kg). The arm is powered directly by the robot and is programmatically coordinated with the platform's movement, allowing for mobile manipulation in space.

What is the battery range, and is continuous use (24/7) possible?

Battery life ranges between 2 and 5 hours, depending on the model and load (Unitree B2 lasts up to 5 hours of walking without cargo). All models have a quick-change battery option, enabling virtually continuous operation with additional battery sets. For autonomous patrols, automatic charging solutions (docking stations) are also being developed.

Do you offer consultations and demonstrations before purchase?

Of course. We understand that this is an investment in advanced technology, which is why we offer professional consulting for companies and institutions. Based on your needs, we help you choose the right model and configuration of additional equipment. For serious inquiries, a live demonstration of the robots' capabilities is also possible by prior arrangement at our location or on your premises.

Where do you deliver?

European Union (EU)

We currently offer delivery within Slovenia and to all European Union (EU) member states, with the exception of Malta, Cyprus, Åland Islands, Greek islands, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Sicily, and Sardinia.

Please note that delivery to Croatian islands is only possible for products weighing less than 31.5 kg.

International Delivery (outside EU)

We also offer international delivery to selected non-EU countries, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and others.

What are the delivery costs?

For deliveries within the European Union (EU), shipping costs vary depending on the country of dispatch, recipient country, and package weight. The applicable shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout, before you finalize your order.

For deliveries outside the EU, shipping costs are calculated individually upon request and are not displayed during checkout. If you wish to receive a delivery quote for a country outside the EU, please contact us via email.

What is the return policy?

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. To do this, please send us an email with a clear written notification of your withdrawal from the contract.

Returning the shipment


In the event of a return of a defective product or a product damaged upon receipt, the return is free of charge for the buyer within 14 days.

However, in the event of a return of an undamaged or flawless product, the return costs are borne by the buyer.

Upon return, we will deduct from the refund amount either:

(a) the actual carrier costs applicable at the start of the return, or

(b) the appropriate amount from the return cost table (whichever is lower).

Product condition

You can inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Any use beyond this may result in a reduction of the refund value.

Refunds

All eligible payments, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
