Of course! You're welcome to visit our showroom at Tržaška cesta 222, 1000 Ljubljana, where you can personally try out selected products. We are open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00, and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

To ensure the availability of the product you wish to try, please call us in advance. This way, we can confirm if the product is available and prepare everything for your visit.

European Union (EU)

We currently offer delivery within Slovenia and to all European Union (EU) member states, with the exception of Malta, Cyprus, Åland Islands, Greek Islands, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Sicily, and Sardinia.

Please note that delivery to Croatian islands is only possible for products weighing less than 31.5 kg.

International Delivery (outside EU)

We also offer international delivery to selected non-EU countries, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and others.

If you wish to order from one of these countries, please contact us in advance so we can prepare the most accurate and affordable delivery calculation for you.

Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

Standard Delivery Times:

• Within Slovenia: Delivery usually takes 1–7 business days after processing and dispatch.
  
• Within the EU (outside Slovenia): Delivery usually takes 5–10 business days after processing and dispatch.
  
• Outside the EU: Delivery usually takes 7–14 business days after processing and dispatch.
  

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as public holidays, increased order volumes, or unforeseen logistical issues.

For deliveries within the European Union (EU), shipping costs vary depending on the country of dispatch, recipient country, and package weight. The applicable shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout, before you finalize your order.

For deliveries outside the EU, shipping costs are calculated individually upon request and are not displayed during checkout. If you wish to receive a delivery quote for a country outside the EU, please contact us via email.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. To do so, please send us an email with clear written notice of withdrawal from the contract.

Returning a shipment

In the case of returning a defective product or a product damaged upon receipt, returns within 14 days are free of charge for the buyer.

In the case of returning an undamaged or flawless product, the costs of the return are borne by the buyer.

Upon return, we will deduct from the refund amount either:

(a) the actual carrier costs applicable at the start of the return, or

(b) the appropriate amount from the return cost table (whichever is lower).

Product condition

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Any use beyond this may result in a reduction of the refund value.

Refunds

All eligible payments, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
