We expect estimated delivery dates for the Langfeite and Teverun 2026 collection by the first half of April 2026. We will regularly inform all buyers who submit a pre-order about the exact date of arrival at our warehouse.

Upon pre-ordering any e-scooter from the 2026 collection of brands Teverun and Langfeite, you receive a 5% early-bird discount. For buyers of the Langfeite GT2-RS model, we have prepared a special exclusive offer: upon purchase, you receive, in addition to the 5% discount, a completely free electric scooter ECO Speed mini.

To confirm a pre-order, you can choose from the following payment methods:

Full payment upon order:

• Via the website with cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover & Diners Club).
• Via proforma invoice (bank transfer).

Installment payment:

• Secure a new model with installment payment via systems LeanPay, NLB Buy&Go or with a Diners card.

Reservation with deposit:

• You can reserve your vehicle by paying a 10% deposit via proforma invoice, and settle the rest of the purchase price upon delivery of the scooter.

For all Langfeite and Teverun electric scooters from the 2026 collection, we provide an 18-month warranty, which becomes valid on the day of physical collection or delivery of the vehicle.

To ensure maximum safety and flawless operation of your scooter, the warranty is tied to performing two mandatory preventive services at our authorized service center:

• 1st mandatory service (within 3 months of purchase or 500 km ridden): Includes a thorough inspection of all screws, the braking system, and all folding parts.Estimated cost: €40 incl. VAT (labor).
• 2nd mandatory service (within 12 months of purchase or 2000 km ridden): Includes a detailed inspection of electronics and connectors, suspension inspection, cleaning of the scooter interior, and control of brakes and screws.Estimated cost: €100 incl. VAT (labor).

Why are services mandatory? Electric scooters of this power are exposed to high loads. Regular inspections are not just a condition for the warranty, but a key preventive measure ensuring that your vehicle is always safe and technically flawless.

Note: The service cost includes labor; any replacement of consumables is charged separately.

As the official agent, EKO DRIVE d.o.o. provides comprehensive service and original spare parts at Tržaška cesta 222, Ljubljana. Their service team is already trained for the new technologies brought by the 2026 collection.

Yes, you can cancel the pre-order at any time until the moment the scooter is dispatched from our warehouse. In the event of cancellation, we will return the full purchase price or deposit in accordance with our general terms and conditions.

Yes, the pre-order price includes VAT and free delivery to your address in Slovenia. Upon receipt of the scooter, there are no additional or hidden costs (unless you decide on custom accessories).
