VIGX π Plus Exoskeleton

An exoskeleton is not a device that walks independently in place of the user. It is not a miraculous solution or a medical substitute for a completely lost ability to walk. Its purpose is to support and strengthen existing movement, not to replace voluntary motor function.

VIGX exoskeletons operate with the help of advanced artificial intelligence algorithms that constantly analyze the user's movement. For the system to assist with a step, it must first detect the intention to move. This means that the user must initiate at least minimal activation themselves – for example, a slight lift of the knee, a leg movement, or basic muscle tension in the lower limbs. Only upon detected initiation does the exoskeleton add support, enabling easier, more stable, and less tiring walking.

If such initiation is absent, the exoskeleton cannot function. Therefore, the exoskeleton is not suitable for individuals with complete paralysis of the lower limbs or for conditions where voluntary control of movement is lost.

Absolutely! You are welcome to visit our showroom at Tržaška cesta 222, 1000 Ljubljana, where you can personally try out selected products. We are open Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 19:00 and on Saturdays between 10:00 and 16:00. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

European Union (EU)

We currently offer delivery within Slovenia and to all European Union (EU) member states, with the exception of Malta, Cyprus, Åland Islands, Greek islands, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Sicily, and Sardinia.

Please note that delivery to Croatian islands is only possible for products weighing less than 31.5 kg.

International Delivery (outside EU)

We also offer international delivery to selected non-EU countries, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and others.

For deliveries within the European Union (EU), shipping costs vary depending on the country of dispatch, recipient country, and package weight. The applicable shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout, before you finalize your order.

For deliveries outside the EU, shipping costs are calculated individually upon request and are not displayed during checkout. If you wish to receive a delivery quote for a country outside the EU, please contact us via email.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. To do this, please send us an email with a clear written notification of your withdrawal from the contract.

Returning the shipment

In the event of a return of a defective product or a product damaged upon receipt, the return is free of charge for the buyer within 14 days.

However, in the event of a return of an undamaged or flawless product, the return costs are borne by the buyer.

Upon return, we will deduct from the refund amount either:

(a) the actual carrier costs applicable at the start of the return, or

(b) the appropriate amount from the return cost table (whichever is lower).

Product condition

You can inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Any use beyond this may result in a reduction of the refund value.

Refunds

All eligible payments, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
