An exoskeleton is not a device that walks independently instead of the user. It is not a miracle solution or a medical substitute for a completely lost ability to walk. Its purpose is support and reinforcement of existing movement, rather than replacing voluntary motor function.

VIGX exoskeletons operate with the help of advanced artificial intelligence algorithms that constantly analyze the user's movement. For the system to assist with a step, it must first detect the intention to move. This means that the user must initiate at least minimal activation themselves – for example, a slight knee lift, a leg movement, or basic muscle tension in the lower limbs. Only upon detected initiation does the exoskeleton add support and enable easier, more stable, and less tiring walking.

If there is no such initiation, the exoskeleton cannot function. For this reason, the exoskeleton is not suitable for persons with complete paralysis of the lower limbs or for conditions where voluntary control of movement is lost.

No. ANT-H1 PRO is currently not registered as a medical device, but it is an advanced walking support device designed to improve mobility and stability. It does not replace medical treatment, but it can be an important support in rehabilitation and daily movement.

Yes. Exoskeletons are designed to be user-friendly. Upon initial startup, an introduction or a short adjustment period is recommended, after which use is simple and intuitive.

If you have preserved at least minimal mobility of the lower limbs (e.g., lifting the knee or moving the leg) and want to improve walking, stability, or reduce fatigue, you are very likely a suitable candidate. In case of doubt, we recommend a professional consultation.

Yes, as long as the user still retains the basic ability to walk. An exoskeleton can help the elderly with greater stability, reducing fatigue, and maintaining independence.

Most users get used to basic operation within a few minutes to a few hours, while full adaptation usually occurs after a few days of regular use.

No. ANT-H1 PRO requires at least minimal initiation of movement (e.g., a slight knee lift). In the case of complete paralysis, the exoskeleton cannot detect the intention to take a step and therefore cannot help.

ANT-H1 PRO is particularly suitable for users who have problems primarily with one leg (e.g., after a stroke or injury).

π Plus is intended for active users without serious walking difficulties who want to walk further, faster, or with less fatigue.

Indirectly, yes. Because it enables longer and less tiring activity, it can contribute to more movement and consequently to weight loss.

Not primarily. π Plus is not a rehabilitation exoskeleton, but rather an exoskeleton for physical performance support, recreation, and an active lifestyle.

Of course! You are welcome to visit our showroom at Tržaška cesta 222, 1000 Ljubljana, where you can personally test selected products. We are open from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 19:00 and on Saturdays between 10:00 and 16:00. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

European Union (EU)

We currently offer delivery within Slovenia and to all member states of the European Union (EU), with the exception of Malta, Cyprus, the Åland Islands, the Greek islands, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Sicily, and Sardinia.

Please note that delivery to the Croatian islands is only possible for products weighing less than 31.5 kg.

International Delivery (outside the EU)

We also provide international delivery to selected countries outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and others.

For deliveries within the European Union (EU), shipping costs vary depending on the shipping country, recipient country, and package weight. The relevant shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout, before you finalize your order.

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. To do this, send us an email with a clear written notice of withdrawal from the contract.

Returning the shipment

In the event of returning a defective or damaged product upon receipt, the return within 14 days is free of charge for the buyer.

In the event of returning an undamaged or flawless product, the return costs are covered by the buyer.

p>Upon return, we will deduct from the refund amount either:

(a) the actual carrier costs applicable at the start of the return, or

(b) the corresponding amount from the return costs table (whichever is lower).

Product condition

You can inspect the product as you would in a physical store. Any use beyond this may result in a reduction in the refund value.

Refunds

All eligible payments, including standard delivery costs, will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
