Engine Performance

The Bosch Performance Line CX Gen 4 mid-drive unit delivers a peak torque of 85 Nm, supporting up to 340% of rider input. Optimized for both high-cadence efficiency and low-speed climbing torque, it features four programmable assistance modes (Eco, Tour, eMTB, Turbo) with adaptive power delivery. The compact magnesium housing reduces weight, while sealed internals ensure durability in wet and dusty conditions. Its 32-bit processor manages torque, cadence, and speed sensors at 1,000 Hz for instant response, enabling precise power modulation on mixed-terrain riding.

Battery Endurance

The Bosch PowerTube 400 Wh lithium-ion pack operates at 36 V nominal voltage, delivering approximately 11.1 Ah capacity. Integrated into the downtube with a semi-recessed mount, it maintains low center of gravity for stability. In Eco mode, riders can expect 90–110 km range, depending on terrain and rider weight, with energy efficiency of ~8 Wh/km. The battery supports 500+ full charge cycles before significant capacity loss and can be charged on-bike or externally via a 4A Bosch charger (not included), reaching 50% in ~2 hours.

Safety Features

Braking is managed by Tektro HD-T275N hydraulic disc brakes with 180 mm front and 160 mm rear rotors, delivering consistent 4-piston hydraulic stopping force under high thermal loads. Schwalbe Active Plus 28x2.0" tires use a KevlarGuard puncture protection layer and provide a rolling resistance coefficient of ~0.006 for efficiency. Integrated LED lighting is powered by the main e-bike system, ensuring visibility in low-light conditions. Additional stability and comfort come from ergonomic grips, an adjustable stem, and SR Suntour XCR32 suspension with 120 mm travel.

Can I test a product before making a purchase?

Yes, absolutely! You're welcome to visit our showroom at Tržaška cesta 222, 1000 Ljubljana, where you can test selected products in person. We’re open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00. Please note that we’re closed on Sundays and public holidays.

To ensure the product you'd like to test is available, we kindly ask that you call us in advance. This way, we can confirm availability and prepare everything for your visit.

European Union (EU)

We currently offer shipping within Slovenia and to all European Union (EU) member countries, with the exception of Malta, Cyprus, the Åland Islands, the Greek Islands, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Sicily, and Sardinia.

Please note that shipping to Croatian islands is only available for products weighing less than 31.5 kg.

International Shipping (Non-EU)

International shipping is also available to select non-EU countries including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and others.

What is your delivery time?

Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

Standard Shipping Times:

  • Delivery within Slovenia generally takes 2-7 business days after processing and dispatch.
  • Delivery outside Slovenia but within the EU generally takes 5-10 business days after processing and dispatch.
  • Delivery outside the EU generally takes 7-14 business days after processing and dispatch.

What is the shipping cost?

  • For deliveries within the European Union (EU), shipping costs vary depending on the country of origin, destination, and package weight. The applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout, prior to completing your order.
  • For deliveries outside the EU, shipping costs are calculated individually upon request and are not displayed at checkout. To receive a shipping quote for non-EU countries, please contact us via email.

What's the return policy?

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. To do so, send us an Email with a clear written notice.

Return Shipping

The customer bears the direct cost of return. We will deduct either (a) the actual carrier cost applicable at the time you initiate the return, or (b) the applicable amount from the return cost table (whichever is lower).

Condition of Goods
You may inspect the product as in a physical store. Any use beyond this may result in a reduction of the refund to reflect diminished value.

Refunds
We will refund all eligible payments, including standard delivery fees, within 14 days of receiving the return product, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
