    Fiido Kidz (model K1) is not just a toy, but a seriously designed entry-level vehicle into the world of e-mobility for children with a height from 60 cm (2'0") to 130 cm (4'3"). It is ideal for toddlers and preschoolers who are just learning to balance on two wheels. With a seat adjustable in height from 390 mm to 440 mm, it grows with your child.

    The product offers incredible robustness – although the official load capacity is 40 kg, the frame is structurally designed to withstand loads of up to 80 kg. This means that during the first use, an adult parent can actually sit on the balance bike and practically demonstrate safe use to the child, which helps with faster learning and building confidence.

    The transition from a classic balance bike to electric drive should be gradual. Fiido Kidz offers three unique operating modes. The first is Pushing mode for beginners, where the motor does not interfere and the child uses only the power of their legs.

    Next is the innovative Pulse-assist system, where sensors detect the child's push and offer a few seconds of motor assistance. The child must still actively participate and maintain balance. For the most experienced and talented young riders, there is the Full-throttle mode, where the child accelerates with the throttle and reaches the maximum speed limited via the app.

    Motor ikona 80 W motor with a clutch for drag-free riding

    The driving heart is an 80 W brushless geared motor integrated into the rear wheel. Although the power sounds modest compared to e-bikes, it is perfect, safe, and completely sufficient power for a child's vehicle.

    The greatest technical advantage of this motor is the built-in mechanical clutch. In most electric balance bikes, a turned-off motor causes magnetic resistance, making riding difficult. With the Fiido Kidz model, the clutch completely disconnects the motor when not in use (or when the battery runs out), ensuring a completely smooth ride without the slightest resistance.

    Child safety should not be left to chance. Fiido has developed a dedicated smart app that is not just for turning it on and off. Via Bluetooth connection, you have full control over the system's guts.

    In the app, you can precisely adjust the assistance duration during a push, set a strict maximum speed limit, and even completely enable or disable the thumb throttle. You set the rules and parameters while your child safely has fun in the fresh air.

    The entire construction is based on a 12-inch high-quality aluminum alloy frame. Thanks to the choice of materials, the entire balance bike weighs only 7.2 kg. This means that the child can easily pick it up from the ground if it tips over, and parents can effortlessly put it in the car trunk (the total length of the bike is only 910 mm).

    Durability of the front part is ensured by a high-carbon steel fork with an 80 mm opening span, and smooth steering is enabled by an aluminum alloy headset.

    The built-in battery with a capacity of 146.16 Wh uses high-quality DMEGC cells. Even if the child or parent (during an occasional test ride) constantly holds full throttle, the battery provides an impressive 1 to 2 hours of pure fun. Since children are lighter and more often use only pulse assistance, the actual riding time can be significantly longer.

    On the handlebars, there is a clear display with a charge indicator that warns you in time about the need for charging. Charging is handled by the included 25.2 V 1.5 A charger, which quickly prepares the vehicle for new adventures.

    Grip is crucial during the first cycling steps. Fiido Kidz is equipped with high-quality and robust CHAOYANG 12 x 2.125 pneumatic tires, which effectively absorb shocks on grass and asphalt. The front wheel boasts an integrated aluminum alloy rim (Front Hub).

    The ergonomics of the upper part include handlebars with a length of 480 mm (maximum diameter 25.4 mm, minimum at the grips 22.2 mm), which fits the child's body structure perfectly and allows for confident control. The handlebar height from the ground is 600 mm.

    Safe stopping is ensured by a reliable rear drum brake. An extremely important technical feature is the "power cut-off" system – when the child squeezes the brake, the system cuts off the power supply to the motor in a fraction of a second, which prevents simultaneous accelerating and braking.

    The aluminum alloy brake lever is adapted for small fingers and works on the principle of a 2.5-finger grip. For comfort on longer rides, a VELO vacuum seat with a perfect fit is installed, mounted on a 400 mm long aluminum seat post (diameter 33.9 mm).

    Ali lahko izdelek preizkusim, preden ga kupim?

    Seveda! Vabljeni ste v naš salon na Tržaški cesti 222, 1000 Ljubljana, kjer lahko osebno preizkusite izbrane izdelke. Odprti smo od ponedeljka do petka med 9:00 in 19:00 ter ob sobotah med 10:00 in 16:00. Ob nedeljah in praznikih smo zaprti.

    Da zagotovimo razpoložljivost izdelka, ki bi ga želeli preizkusiti, vas prosimo, da nas predhodno pokličete. Tako bomo lahko potrdili, ali je izdelek na voljo, in vse pripravili za vaš obisk.

    Ali lahko električni skiro / kolo ipd. očistim z visokotlačnim čistilcom?

    Ne – visokotlačni čistilec lahko poškoduje električne komponente, zato uporabljajte le vlažno krpo.

    Kam dostavljate?

    Evropska unija (EU)

    Trenutno ponujamo dostavo znotraj Slovenije ter v vse države članice Evropske unije (EU), z izjemo Malte, Cipra, Alandskih otokov, grških otokov, Kanarskih otokov, Balearskih otokov, Sicilije in Sardinije.

    Upoštevajte, da je dostava na hrvaške otoke mogoča le za izdelke, težke manj kot 31,5 kg.

    Mednarodna dostava (izven EU)

    Mednarodno dostavo omogočamo tudi v izbrane države zunaj EU, vključno z Združenim kraljestvom, Švico, Norveško, Srbijo, Bosno in Hercegovino ter drugimi.

    Kakšen je čas dostave?

    Čas obdelave naročila:

    Naročila običajno obdelamo v roku 1–2 delovnih dni (vikendi in prazniki niso vključeni) po prejemu potrditvenega e-sporočila o naročilu.

    Standardni časi dostave:
    • Znotraj Slovenije: običajno traja dostava 1–7 delovnih dni po obdelavi in odpremi.
    • Znotraj EU (izven Slovenije): dostava običajno traja 5–10 delovnih dni po obdelavi in odpremi.
    • Izven EU: dostava običajno traja 7–14 delovnih dni po obdelavi in odpremi.

    Upoštevajte, da so časi dostave ocenjeni in lahko nanje vplivajo dejavniki, ki niso pod našim nadzorom – na primer prazniki, povečano število naročil ali nepredvidene logistične težave.

    Kakšni so stroški dostave?

    Za dostave znotraj Evropske unije (EU) se stroški dostave razlikujejo glede na državo pošiljanja, državo prejemnika in težo paketa. Ustrezni stroški pošiljanja bodo izračunani in prikazani ob zaključku nakupa, še preden dokončno oddate naročilo.

    Kakšna je politika vračil?

    Imate pravico, da prekličete svoj nakup v 14 koledarskih dneh po prejemu blaga. Za to nam pošljite e-pošto z jasnim pisnim obvestilom o odstopu od pogodbe.

    Vračilo pošiljke


    V primeru vračila defektnega ali ob prevzemu poškodovanega izdelka je vračilo v roku 14 dni brez stroškov za kupca.

    V primeru vračila nepoškodovanega oziroma brezhibnega izdelka pa stroške vračila krije kupec.

    Ob vračilu bomo od zneska povračila odšteli bodisi:

    (a) dejanske stroške prevoznika, ki veljajo ob začetku vračila, ali

    (b) ustrezni znesek iz tabele stroškov vračil (kateri koli je nižji).

    Stanje izdelka

    Izdelek lahko pregledate tako, kot bi ga v fizični trgovini. Vsaka uporaba, ki presega to, lahko povzroči zmanjšanje vrednosti povračila.

    Vračila plačil

    Vsa upravičena plačila, vključno s standardnimi stroški dostave, bomo vrnili v roku 14 dni po prejemu vrnjenega izdelka, z uporabo istega načina plačila, razen če ni dogovorjeno drugače.
