Why isn't my electric scooter battery working?

Note: In cold weather, the battery's range can decrease by up to 40%, resulting in shorter ride times. This is normal, and the range will improve as temperatures rise.

How to Store an Electric Scooter Battery During the Winter

For a long battery life, keep it active. If you won't be using the scooter for an extended period, charge the battery for at least 15 minutes once a month—discharging is not necessary. Li-ion batteries are least stable while charging or when fully charged. For storage, maintain a charge level between 40% and 60% of its capacity. At this level, the batteries remain safe and undamaged. If they drop below a 20% charge, long-term capacity loss can occur.
