Installment payment guidelines

NLB Buy&Go | Leanpay | Diners Club

Important: this document is an indicative summary. Final approval is always granted by the financing provider at their discretion and after a creditworthiness check.

1. Quick overview for employees

Before starting the process, first check whether the customer falls into the target group of the individual provider.

2. NLB Buy&Go

The most flexible option for customers who want installment financing directly in the showroom or online.

Who can apply

Slovenian citizen: aged 18-80, has permanent residence in the Republic of Slovenia, regular monthly income (salary or pension), an open transaction account, and their own mobile phone.
Foreign citizen: aged 18-80, has permanent residence in the Republic of Slovenia, is employed by an employer based in Slovenia for at least the duration of the loan, receives a salary in EUR, has a transaction account at a bank in Slovenia, and their own mobile phone.
Self-employed: possible up to 10,000 EUR if they have been operating for at least 1 year and attach 3 bank statements of income from their business activity.

Showroom vs. online

Showroom: the customer identifies themselves in person, the salesperson enters the data into the application, and the process is completed at the branch.
Online: the customer selects NLB Buy&Go at checkout, enters the data, and signs the loan agreement electronically.

3. Leanpay

Leanpay is a completely digital process. For employees, it is crucial to quickly identify who is a suitable candidate and who is not.

Who can apply

Citizen of the Republic of Slovenia with permanent residence in the Republic of Slovenia and a valid personal document issued in the Republic of Slovenia.
Employed full-time or part-time, self-employed with regular income to a personal transaction account, or a pensioner.
Must be at least 18 years old; must not have turned 81 by the time the contract expires.
Must have provable regular monthly income and data that can be verified in SISBON.

Who cannot apply

Foreign citizens.
Unemployed persons or persons with insufficient regular income.
Students and legal entities.

What the customer must have with them / prepare

Showroom vs. online

Showroom: the customer performs the digital application and identification in the physical store.
Online: the customer performs the process themselves online; the document must be valid for at least another 90 days for online purchases.

4. Diners Club

With Diners, there is an important difference: at EVOLT, we do not approve quick loans on the spot. The customer must have an active Diners Club card or obtain one beforehand via Sparkasse Pay.

Who can use installments with us

Customer with an active Diners Club card and the "Purchase on installments" service activated.
In the showroom, they can choose installments on the POS terminal if the point of sale supports Diners installments.
Online, the customer confirms the payment in the D-Mobile application; the division into installments for online purchases is carried out according to the issuer's rules and the available installment limit.

Who can obtain a Diners Club card

Adult person who is a resident of the Republic of Slovenia and has a regular monthly income of at least 600 EUR net.
For self-employed persons or company owners, the company must have been operating for at least 1 year.
For foreign citizens, residency in the Republic of Slovenia is a key condition; if the customer is not a resident of the Republic of Slovenia, do not direct them to Diners as a quick solution.

Documents for obtaining a card

Showroom vs. online

Showroom: the customer must already have an active Diners Club card; the number of installments is selected on the terminal if the service is enabled.
Online: the customer makes a card payment with Diners Club; the online purchase is confirmed in D-Mobile. For purchases over 50 EUR, they may receive an SMS offer for installments according to the issuer's rules, provided they have sufficient installment limit.

5. Checklist for employees

6. Resources and note

The document is prepared based on official information from providers, verified on April 17, 2026. Since conditions and price lists may change, employees should check the latest information directly with the provider in case of ambiguity.
