Engine Performance

The Sachs RS mid-drive motor delivers a peak torque of 112 Nm with a nominal output of 250 W (EU EPAC compliant), optimized for extreme all-mountain conditions. Its magnesium-alloy housing with IP66 sealing protects against dust and water ingress, while integrated thermal management prevents power loss under sustained load. The internal gear reduction enables efficient climbing at 50–120 RPM, and the ISIS-spline crank interface ensures maximum drivetrain stiffness. Triple-sensor technology (torque, cadence, wheel speed) operating at over 1,000 Hz delivers instantaneous and natural power response. Four assistance modes adjust torque curves and ramp-up speed for terrain-specific performance, from technical ascents to fast descents, maintaining optimal traction, control, and rider efficiency in all conditions.

Battery Endurance

The fully integrated Sachs/BMZ lithium-ion battery offers a capacity of 651 Wh (36 V, ~18.1 Ah), engineered for long-distance and high-load e-MTB performance. Its rigid housing integrates seamlessly into the frame, lowering the center of gravity for improved handling while maintaining structural integrity under trail impacts. A high-efficiency Battery Management System (BMS) ensures optimal cell balancing, overcharge and deep-discharge protection, and consistent power delivery across the charge cycle. Real-world range is approximately 90–160 km, varying by terrain, assistance level, and rider input. Charging to 50% takes roughly 2 hours with the supplied high-current charger, while full charge is reached in around 4.5 hours. The removable design allows both on-bike and off-bike charging for flexibility in transport and storage.

Safety Features

Magura MT5 HC 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes with 203 mm rotors (front/rear) provide high thermal capacity, strong bite, and fine modulation; HC 1-finger levers with adjustable reach improve control on steeps. The RockShox Lyrik Select RC (35 mm chassis) and Super Deluxe Select+ deliver tunable rebound/compression to maintain tire contact and stability under hard braking. 29″ tubeless-ready wheels with reinforced casings allow lower safe pressures (≈1.6–2.2 bar depending rider/terrain) for grip and puncture resistance. A clutch rear derailleur and narrow-wide chainring enhance chain retention. Internal routing reduces snag risk, while a dropper-post lowers center of gravity for controlled descents.

Can I test a product before making a purchase?

Yes, absolutely! You're welcome to visit our showroom at Tržaška cesta 222, 1000 Ljubljana, where you can test selected products in person. We’re open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 16:00. Please note that we’re closed on Sundays and public holidays.

To ensure the product you'd like to test is available, we kindly ask that you call us in advance. This way, we can confirm availability and prepare everything for your visit.

European Union (EU)

We currently offer shipping within Slovenia and to all European Union (EU) member countries, with the exception of Malta, Cyprus, the Åland Islands, the Greek Islands, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Sicily, and Sardinia.

Please note that shipping to Croatian islands is only available for products weighing less than 31.5 kg.

International Shipping (Non-EU)

International shipping is also available to select non-EU countries including the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and others.

Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

Standard Shipping Times:

  • Delivery within Slovenia generally takes 2-7 business days after processing and dispatch.
  • Delivery outside Slovenia but within the EU generally takes 5-10 business days after processing and dispatch.

What is the shipping cost?

What's the return policy?

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. To do so, send us an Email with a clear written notice.

Return Shipping

The customer bears the direct cost of return. We will deduct either (a) the actual carrier cost applicable at the time you initiate the return, or (b) the applicable amount from the return cost table (whichever is lower).

Condition of Goods
You may inspect the product as in a physical store. Any use beyond this may result in a reduction of the refund to reflect diminished value.

Refunds
We will refund all eligible payments, including standard delivery fees, within 14 days of receiving the return product, using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
