3. Then, under Payment Method, select Installment Payment: NLB Buy&Go.
4. Within 24 hours, you will receive a pro forma invoice via email, along with clear instructions on how to apply for installment payment.

We currently offer domestic shipping within Slovenia and all member countries of the European Union (EU), with the exception of Malta, Cyprus, the Åland Islands, the Greek Islands, the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Sicily, and Sardinia. We do not currently ship to countries outside of the European Union.

Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email is received.

Standard Shipping Time: Delivery within Slovenia generally takes 2-7 business days after processing and dispatch. Delivery time for orders heavier than 50 kg might take up to 12 days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside of our control, such as holidays, high order volumes, or unforeseen logistical issues. We will notify you promptly via email if there are significant delays.

• Shipping within Slovenia is free of charge.
• Shipping cost outside of Slovenia but within the EU vary depending on the country of origin, destination, and package weight. The applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, before you finalize your order.

We offer a free 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return free from charge.

To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Using an e-scooter that exceeds the legally permitted speed of 25 km/h on public roads is not allowed. These scooters can only be used on private property, and only with the landowner’s permission.

Rules for Riding in Public Areas:

1. Speed: Your e-scooter's speed must not exceed 25 km/h.

2. Age: Riders must be at least 12 years old to ride on their own and are required to have a cycling license.

3. Helmet: Safety first! If you're under 18 years old, wearing a helmet is mandatory. For riders 18 and older, it's not legally required, but highly recommended.

4. Where Can You Ride?

• Preferably on cycle lanes or paths.
• If none are available, you can ride on the roadway (on roads with a speed limit of 50 km/h or less), keeping to the right side.
• In pedestrian zones, you can ride, but only at walking speed.

5. Where CAN'T You Ride?

• On sidewalks/pavements (unless specifically marked as shared space).
• On roads outside built-up areas (outside towns/cities).

Agreement When Purchasing:

• By purchasing an electric scooter designed to exceed the legal speed limit of 25 km/h, you agree to use it strictly in accordance with the law – which primarily means on private property with the owner's permission, or where otherwise legally permitted.
• EVOLT d.o.o. disclaims any liability for loss, damage, fines, penalties, personal injury, or third-party claims arising from or related to any use of an e-scooter that violates applicable speed limits or other legal regulations.
